TITLE: Operations Associate - Connect

LOCATION: New York City (hybrid) or Fully Remote in the United States

SALARY: $60,000 - $75,000 (based on NYC, will be adjusted for geo)

The Role:

As an Operations Associate - Connect, you’ll join our dynamic Operations team to handle a variety of tasks focused on maintaining client SLAs for alternative investment reporting. In this role, you’ll ensure the timely and accurate retrieval of data while adhering to security and compliance protocols. You'll have the unique opportunity to proactively identify and troubleshoot workflow issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform a variety of operational and data collection tasks to maintain client SLAs related to alternative investment reporting
• Ensure timely and accurate retrieval of data while adhering to security and compliance protocols
• Proactively identify and troubleshoot any issues related to document retrieval workflows, escalating complex issues to relevant stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational processes and enhance efficiency
• Create and maintain documentation related to daily workflows and financial portal navigation

What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, an aptitude for problem solving, and a keen eye for accuracy.

Required:

• Quick to learn, grasp new concepts and client-specific nuances easily
• 2 years of experience with back office operations
• Experience with executing daily process workflows while maintaining high quality standards
• Strong project management and communication skills combined with strong attention to detail
• Ability to easily adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Receptive to feedback on proposed solutions, incorporate in future iterations

Preferred:

• Prior experience in a similar operations role within fintech industry
• Prior experience in startup environment
• Proficiency in navigating and using financial portals and related software applications
