RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide valuable insights and recommendations regarding the company's financial health
• Drive regular finance communication and meetings on a quarterly and monthly basis
• Oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) reporting and reconciliations
• Lead budgeting and forecasting efforts on a quarterly basis, involving proactive financial modeling
• Manage supply budgeting for three entities and multiple locations, including departmental budgets
• Take ownership of payroll processing using HRIS (Paycom) on a bi-weekly basis
• Manage benefits administration, including annual renewal, review, and all administrative duties
• Ensure accurate and timely payment of commissions, doctor payments, and partner distributions (equity)
• Oversee and maintain positive relationships with vendors and partners to support the company's financial needs

This is a full time, in-person role based in the Houston, TX area

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• 5 years of experience in Accounting OR Ambulatory Surgical Center/Healthcare billing
• 3 years in a Director/VP of Finance role
• P&L experience with a minimum of $20M in revenue
• Experience managing (AP/AR), with a focus on budgeting
• Experience processing payroll and working with HRIS systems
• Bachelor's degree

Preferred:

• Active CPA license
• P&L experience with revenue exceeding $50M
• Proficiency in contract negotiations & vendor relationship management
• Master's degree

Desired:

• Familiarity with Electronic Health/Medical Records (EHR/EMR) systems
• Experience working with Quickbooks
• Experience in real estate budgeting

SALARY: $145k - $165k ( Bonus)
