The Boys & Girls Clubs is looking for a candidate age 18 that want to be part of our Youth Development Staff sub-pool. Substitutes have no guaranteed hours, but there are regular dates where additional staff are needed. We will work with your availability to schedule you ahead of time to work on an as-needed basis. This opportunity is perfect for candidates who require prefer a flexible schedule, have limited availability, or are considering a career in childhood education. Must be 18 years or older. Bilingual is preferred.

MORNING SHIFT
Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 1:30 PM

AFTERNOON SHIFT
Monday - Friday, 1:30 PM - 6:30 PM

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Under the supervision of the Site Supervisor or his/her designees, a Youth Development Professional (YDP) Substitute plans, implements, and supervises programs and activities in structured, specialized program spaces. Specialized content areas include: Education, Social Recreation, Cultural Arts, Sports & Fitness, Outdoor Recreation, and STEM.
WAGE RANGE
$16.28 - $18.50 per hour, DOE

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Standing, walking, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and squatting are movements staff will do throughout the day. Accommodations can be made.
