Position OverviewCromwell Architects Engineers is seeking an experienced Marketing Proposal Specialist/Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. Candidates should have good communication skills, be well organized, and have the ability to work in a flexible environment. A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and graphic design is required. Qualified candidates must be able to fulfill essential job functions, as listed below.

The ideal candidate will have a metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity, and be able to provide input on marketing strategy, content, layout, schedule, and production of marketing materials. A prime recruit for this position would also be detail oriented and have the ability to work across multi-disciplined teams.

Job Functions & Responsibilities
- Specialist in the production of proposal/presentation process: Writing, and/or editing text, design layout, graphics, resumes, schedules, etc.
- Ensuring schedules are met and the various aspects of proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
- Create project description sheets, organization charts.
- Do local market research when required.
- Help maintain company information, materials, and associated marketing databases.
- Update and maintain image scanning/data storage of photos and graphics, new marketing materials, and miscellaneous files.
- Perform all other duties as required.
- Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant graphic design/marketing experience
- Experience in marketing and proposal creation in the AEC industry is highly desired.
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.)
