• Provide Person Centered personal care to our seniors to include: bathing, dressing, toileting and assistance with transferring.
• Taking the initiative to engage with our seniors, identify strengths and abilities and foster independence.
• Ensure our seniors are safe by following the plan of care for each resident under the supervision of the registered nurses.
• Working as a dedicated team member in making a positive impact for those we care for.

Experience with the progressive stages of memory loss preferred, but not required.
