Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Dentist to join our dental practice on a locum basis for June, July and August 2024. The Dentist will be responsible for providing professional dental services to patients, diagnosing and treating dental issues, and promoting oral health.
Duties:
- Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and cleanings
- Diagnose oral diseases and conditions using X-rays, exams, and other diagnostic tools
- Develop treatment plans to maintain or restore patients' oral health
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care
- Manage patient care including scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- State licensure to practice dentistry
- Provider must be comfortable with Surgical Extractions, Endo and Dentures
- Must be comfortable with 35-40 average patients per day
- Dates needed: June 3-7, 10-14, 17-21, 24-28, July 1-3, 5, 8-12, 15-19, 22-26, 29-31, Aug 1-2, 5-9, 12-16, 19-23, 26-30
- Hours: Monday-Wednesday 8-5pm Thursday 9-7 and Friday 8-12
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per day
