The Comfort Inn in Concord, Ohio is seeking a hard-working breakfast attendant to join our team. We provide a daily continental breakfast buffet for our guests which is served in our dining room. The qualifying candidate will be responsible for daily set-up, management and breakdown of the breakfast buffet. This will include training in food safety/handling, sanitation standards and cleanliness. You will be an acting representative of the hotel, therefore will be required to provide a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere to guests. Located conveniently off Interstate 90 and U.S. Route 44 near Mentor, you can expect a fun environment that is flexible and rewarding.

Responsibilities:

Breakfast Attendant Duties & Responsibilities include, but NOT limited to:

• Set up of our daily continental breakfast and drink stations
• Must be able to come in at 5:30 am to prepare for breakfast
• Assist with food preparation
• Constant maintenance of buffet and drink stations
• Maintain the highest level of service for our guests
• Communicate with management any guest issues or complaints
• Keep breakfast items full and stocked throughout breakfast hours
• Keep dining area clean througout breakfast.
• When breakfast is over, candidate must: break down buffet, thoroughly clean dining room and kitchen, stow away all breakfast items and supplies
• Rotate inventory to ensure all breakfast items remain fresh
• Properly label food and beverage items
• Wash dishes
• Prep breakfast for the following day
• Communicate verbally and written to Management 
• Communicate and have friendly demeanor with all guests
