· Assist in providing clinical support to clients in the form of group therapy by using evidenced-based and best practice techniques.
· Assist in providing clinical support to clients in line with their treatment goals, as needed.
· Follow documentation guidelines and be compliant of licensing and organizational standards.
· Follow standards in alignment with DCF, JC and AHCA in regards to policies, procedures and documentation requirements.
· Effectively communicate relevant clinical information to the clinical team and interdisciplinary team.
· Demonstrates an understanding of Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and other evidenced-based treatment modalities.
· Demonstrates ability to respond to feedback and supervision from supervisor and peers.
· Demonstrates knowledge of basic diagnostic criteria for mental health, substance use, suicide risk/self-harm and major psychiatric disorders.
· Adheres to Futures Recovery Healthcare policies and procedures.
· Maintain appropriate boundaries, attendance, professionalism, and ethical behavior with clients, families, and other professionals.
· Maintain strict patient confidentiality in accordance with Title 42 CFR, Part 2 and HIPAA and Futures Recovery Healthcare.
