1. Mobile Apartment Maintenance Technician

• Location: Mobile, across the portland metro
• Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
• Requirements:
• 5 consecutive years' experience in residential/property maintenance.
• Must have experience in appliance repair
• Proficiency in drywall repair, angle stops, baseboard heater replacement, and water heater repairs.
• On-call duty required one week every six weeks.
• A vehicle is required and may be provided after 90 days
• Preference for experience with standard residential appliances.

2. Onsite Maintenance Technician at an HOA Community (1 position available)

• Location: Downtown Portland
• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: $28-30 per hour
• Job duties:
• Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and address minor repairs promptly.
• Manage community facilities, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning.
• Oversee safety and security measures, conducting regular inspections and reporting concerns.
• Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining records and ordering supplies.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and collaborate with management to address community concerns.

3. Onsite Residential Maintenance Technician

• Location: Downtown Portland
• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: $28.00 - 30 per hour
• Job duties:
• Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and respond promptly to maintenance requests.
• Assist with turnover and occupancy scheduling, diagnosing issues, and repairing faulty components.
• Perform minor carpentry, painting, drywall repair, and landscaping tasks as needed.
• Coordinate with external contractors, adhere to safety protocols, and ensure property compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, respond to emergencies, and perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1-5 years of experience in maintenance, facilities management, or related fields
• Knowledge of basic maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and perform manual labor
• After-hours service may be required depending on the position
