- Develop and oversee individualized schedules and community activities
- Review staff time, vehicle information, and medication delivery
- Lead and document staff meetings and training
- Manage budget, staff schedules, and service delivery accuracy
- Foster positive relationships with participants, staff, families, and community partners
- Use technology to support communication and service delivery
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements
- Monitor attendance and documentation for accurate billing
- Support recruitment, hiring, and training of new employees
- At least 18 years old
- Associate’s Degree preferred (or 8 years of relevant experience)
- Experience in employment support and working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Valid Maryland driver’s license and insured personal vehicle
- Strong time management, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to complete required training and operate relevant technology
