Description
The primary responsibility of the Customer Service Representative will be to interact with the company’s customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints. The Customer Service and Fulfillment Representative will enter and maintain customer purchase orders while collecting data to help assist in product demand forecasting.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Interacts with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.
· Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services.
· Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the
representative’s knowledge, forwards to the appropriate staff.
· Provides customer purchase order follow up including tracking, product delays, and returns when applicable.
· Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
· Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
· Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
· Inter company Purchasing from other supplies and warehouse.
· Responsible for coordinating with internal/external stakeholders (sales, manufacturing, sourcing, finance, and external suppliers) about Supply Chain Planning.
· Forecasting of Inter Company Purchasing.
· Supply Planning, Demand Management and Backlog Management in Walraven North America.
· Daily review of component purchase order needs.
· Manage exceptions in stock and order fulfilment and create sustainable solutions.
· Other job duties as assigned
Requirements
· Customer Service Experience
· High School Diploma or GED.
· Bachelor’s degree in related field is a plus
· Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
· Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
· Exceptional customer service skills.
· Strong listening and sales skills.
· Ability to achieve targets.
· Structural in approach, works out processes to get things done
· Builds productive relationships,team player
· Practices active listening
· Flexible, responsive & problem solving.
· Willing to travel
