Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Work independently on project tasks assigned including;
- Desktop Support for small group
- Server Build outs / Maintenance
- Backup Maintenance
- Server Build outs / Maintenance (Windows Server 2003 ~ 2012)
- DNS / Certificate Maintenance
- SonicWALL Maintenance
- Thorough understanding of Windows Preferably experience with Server 2003 & 2008
- Good understanding of Backup concepts Preferably experience with Backup Exec
- Good understanding of Windows Servers Preferably experience with Server 2003 & 2008 and Active Directory
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, PPTP SSL-VPN
- Good understanding of Networking concepts (Preferably experience with SonicWALL)
- Internal user support; Candidate must be experienced in the repair of pc’s.
- 1- year of experience
- Strong Communication skills, both oral and written
- Facilitation skills
- Analytical thinking (problem-solving)
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- (Optional) MS Project MS Visio or similar product for process flow
- Windows Server
- Networking, LAN, WAN, and Wireless
- Basic Database Maintenance
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related degree, or equivalent experience
- One to three years of experience in an IT field
- A and Network certificates preferred
NKC of America designs manufactures and installs conveyor systems for the automotive industry.
