Personal Lines Account Manager

Full-Time, In-Office

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Strengthen relationships with existing customers by providing excellent customer service
• Work with producers to maintain high customer retention
• Manage customer communication & documentation
• Assist customers with coverage & billing questions via phone & email
• Process policy changes, updates to billing, cancellations & reinstatements
• Facilitate the claims process, as needed

• Preferred bachelor's degree or insurance background
• Proficient with Microsoft Office/ Google Workspace

****P&C insurance license and experience preferred****

Compensation is an annual base salary. We offer paid time off, paid holidays and health insurance coverage.
