TSMC Arizona is looking for a Campus Recruiter to join our 4-nanometer fab, located in sunny Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will demonstrate a strong sense of reliability and enthusiasm and will possess an attitude that embodies our core values – Integrity, Commitment, Innovation and Customer Trust. This position is onsite only, no remote work.

Job Description:

Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Execute full life-cycle campus and entry level recruiting through the year to meet set hiring goals focused on attracting recent graduates and potential interns
  • Develops and executes meaningful events on campus, including spend extended periods of time to build relationships with key stakeholders (e.g. campus volunteers, career center personnel, university faculty, and student organizations etc) on campus, to enhance employer branding & awareness to support the successful campus recruiting efforts at your assigned school(s)
  • Plans, coordinates, and leads the execution of on-campus recruiting efforts (including logistical and interview related elements) at your assigned school(s)
  • Serves as one of the main contacts throughout the recruitment process
  • - communicates status, answers questions, extends offers, schedules start dates, coordinates all follow-up efforts, and provide feedback on candidates to hiring managers and/or directly to candidates
  • Work closely with Campus Recruiting Manager to execute strategic campus initiatives
  • Owns specific aspects of internship program as assigned
  • Use Applicant Tracking Systems & assigned recruitment tools appropriately and with a focus on data integrity to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with data protection legislation.

Minimum Qualifications:

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States and:

  • Possess an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business, or related major.
  • Must have at least 1 year of experience in recruitment, ideally in the campus recruiting area.
  • Must have good project management, analytical & cross-team communication skills with demonstrated personality in solution focus, attention to details & continuous improvement.
  • Have a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel.
