Brief Overview: The Pool Partner Acquisition Coordinator (PPAC) secures pools for Charleston Swim to provide lessons throughout the Charleston-area. Both indoor and outdoor pools are important; however, currently, outdoor pool partnerships are our priority.

Job Description: The PPAC will research and contact all potential partners. When an owner/property manager indicates that they are interested, the PPAC will gather all required information for contract execution. After the basic data is submitted, staff drafts and executes the contract. The PPAC will be paid for the pool when a contract is fully-executed.

Job Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of Charleston Swim School (will be provided during training).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of the greater Charleston area strongly preferred.
• Individuals with sales experience prioritized.

Job Responsibilities:

• Actively research and identify potential pool locations.
• Consistently communicate professionally--as a representative of Charleston Swim.
• Coordinate with the Pool Partner Manager as to which areas and timeframes are critical for operations.
• Advertise the need for pools using company flyers and resources.
• Maintain on-going, timely communications with any identified prospect.
• Ensure the pool partner has all necessary information (insurance, liability coverage, attention to parking/capacity, etc.)
• Gather all required information for contracts---spreadsheet of essentials will be provided.

Hours: Flexible. No set hours. Commission-based.
