Manage and execute packaging innovation and productivity projects. Injection Blow Molding, mold maker, plastic molding. Project Management. Risk AssessmentsManaging Supplier relationships & Time/Deadline Management. Tool Qualification: Measurement & testing with Supplier / Customer resources. Coordination between cross functional teams Testing & trials. Transit Trials. Manage Innovation Project from concept through commercialization and retail shelves

Work with internal customers to commercialize packaging designs and conceptsRepresent packaging in cross functional team meetings to develop and implement new packaging and packaging changes to realize cost savingsConduct line trialsConduct lab testingDevelop packaging specificationsCandidate Requirements

• CIPET or Diploma in Plastics or BE/PG in Packaging.

• 3- 5 years minimum experience in Packaging & Molding for CPG, Food & Beverage or related industries.

• Travelling is required.

• Good communication skills both oral and written
