Job Requirements:

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing federal and state proposals.
• Familiarity with the Shipley proposal process.
• Proven ability to review and analyze solicitations and build compliance matrices.

Skills:

• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proposal management tools.
• Ability to coordinate and manage virtual teams effectively.

Attributes:

• Dynamic individual with a willingness to learn and grow with the organization.
• Personable demeanor with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Additional Requirements: U.S. Citizenship is required.

Education: Bachelor s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
