We are looking for an entry level Concierge to manage the reception area and provide administrative support to Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a courteous phone manner, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Bilingual skills preferred, but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, however not required
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Greet and assist visitors to the front office

- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
