We are looking for an entry level Concierge to manage the reception area and provide administrative support to Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a courteous phone manner, and the ability to multitask effectively. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong communication skills
Excellent organizational abilities
Bilingual skills preferred, but not required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail
Professional and friendly demeanor
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, however not required
