What it takes to succeed: A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required. You will need to have a strong understanding of US GAAP and financial principles. Having 4 years of progressive experience in accounting roles, with a combination of financial and cost accounting experience preferred. (more Is always BETTER)

- BOM cost accuracy
- Reporting and analyzing cost of sales
- PPV analysis
- Balance sheet and inventory reconciliations
- Monitor costs against budgets and conduct variance analysis to identify and explain discrepancies.
