The facility maintenance technician position is responsible for ensuring basic systems around the office, factory, and warehouse are in good working order, as well as maintaining order within the stockroom.

This includes preventative maintenance and inspection of facility infrastructure as well as maintenance and repairs of general office equipment and building systems.

This also will include oversight of the operations stock room area.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Control and oversee operations stock room area
• Work with vendors to ensure stock room is fully stocked
• Aide in providing supplies to co-workers
• Responsible for repairing or replacing office desk equipment
• Includes Float Tables, Monitor Arms, M-Connect, monitors, and cabling
• Responsible for replacement of light bulbs as needed
• Responsible for mounting, and hanging of equipment and signage
• Aides in the clean up of spills as needed
• Construct office furniture as needed
• Replace ceiling tiles as needed
• Aide in moving of furniture
• Requires travel to Ridge Road facility to support site
• May require travel to pick up and deliver supplies
• May require assistance with snow clean up and removal from Piscataway locations
• Inspect and maintain building infrastructure and critical building systems
• Aide in maintenance of production machinery as needed

QUALIFICATIONS :

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Maintenance experience, or work in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Facilities Maintenance experience preferred
• Valid drivers license
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
