Travel with regular overnights is expected, with weekends at home. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are necessary. Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoots, performs, repairs, and preventative maintenance to fueling systems.
• Analyzes electronic and mechanical problems and provides repairs as required.
• Communicate with customers and explain technical issues to non-technical people.
• Maintain tools, test equipment, and materials in a professional manner
• Assures appropriate flow of information and reports matters, concisely, and accurately
• Actively participate in the problem-solving process regarding customer complaints
• Interface with customers and appropriate related company personnel to ensure effective communication and dissemination of information required in establishing superior customer service
• Perform weekend work on an on-call rotational basis

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in service station/fueling equipment repair.
• Minimum 3rd yr. Electrical Apprentice or Journeyman – willing to learn the Fuel Industry
• Certification in Wayne or Gilbarco is preferred. Additional certifications in Franklin Fueling Systems, Veeder-Root, EVO, Verifone, or Fuelmaster are a plus.
• Electrical knowledge and excellent mechanical abilities.
• Ability to operate mechanical equipment and machines as described.
• High school education or GED
• Ability to travel with regular overnights expected – always home on weekends.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
