What You'll Do:

Build & Lead: Take charge of building the canvassing and event department from scratch. Develop, implement, and oversee all operations and strategies for door-to-door canvassing and event teams across multiple regions. Inspire and motivate your team to achieve exceptional results in the home improvement sector, particularly roofing and windows.

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to meet campaign goals. Identify target areas, set objectives, and monitor progress to drive sales and customer engagement.

Training & Development: Train, coach, and support canvassers and event staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed for success in the roofing and windows market.

Performance Management: Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement improvement plans. Celebrate successes and address challenges promptly.

Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze data to track performance and adjust strategies as needed. Ensure accurate and timely reporting to drive continuous improvement.

Event Management: Plan, organize, and oversee community events to maximize outreach and engagement in the home improvement industry.

Build Relationships: Foster positive relationships with community leaders, stakeholders, and team members. Represent the company at events and meetings to build trust and credibility.

What We Offer:

Competitive Salary: Earn a base salary of $150,000 with the opportunity for commission. Once your commission exceeds $150,000, you transition to a commission-only structure, maximizing your earning potential!
