To provide 24-hour on-site support for the nursing department in a leadership capacity. The House Supervisor will demonstrate the ability to problem solve and reconcile escalated issues from the units during their shift, monitor unit staffing compliance and assist in filling empty shifts. The House Supervisor will assist in processing admits, transfers and discharges and help with milieu management when units/patients are escalated. The House Supervisor will conduct routine audit units for quality of care and escalate issues to administration when necessary.
