Distinguishing Features of Work
This is skilled work in which the employee is responsible for transmitting and receiving messages promptly and for dispatching proper equipment and personnel to expedite work operations.
Work involves some clerical activity which relates to dispatching duties. This employee works with considerable independence, but supervision is available on difficult assignments and in emergency situations.

Required Experience and Training
Two years of work experience in water utility field preferred.
1 year of customer service experience required.
1 year of call center experience preferred.
