Must have NY or NJ drivers License for 5 years & clean absract to be considered. 

Payrate: $24.00

Responsibilities

• Field Supervisor conducts site visits in all assigned boroughs utilizing company vehicle.• Ensures that all Security officers are operating within company standards.• Assist Operations Team and Directors with developing, managing, and communicating the security plan through leadership.• Ensures Uniform compliance.• Troubleshoots issues on site.

Qualifications

• Must have NY security guard license
• Must be able to pass any state required training or other qualifications for licensing
• Prior Security supervision experience
• NYS Drivers license with under 6 points and 5 years’ driving experience
• Ability to operate a radio or smart phone
• Effective oral and communication skills
• Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately
• Attention to detail
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must submit to drug screening

Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate with clients and other managers. Must always be polite and courteous and professional.
