Essential Job Functions:

Areas of support include, but not limited to - VC5090s, Talkman T2/T2x, 9090 handhelds cables, cradles, headsets, cyber keys and other items

Setup employee identification in APT, Kroger form, Navis, DLx and other software applications as needed

Troubleshoot PC issues, all software programs and warehouse equipment hardware. Configure, replace or repair equipment as needed

Order headsets, belts, belt clips, RF scanners, printers, and equipment batteries, copy paper, inbound/outbound labels, zebra labels and thermal ribbons, toners and fuser replacement kits

Responsible for the setup and update of laptop and desktop configurations

Provide technical expertise with the set up of phone mail while maintaining warehouse security camera's throughout the facility

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred

Highly motivated with strong leadership ability and proven ability to train, lead and motivate

Analytical abilities with strong problem-solving experience and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Previous experience in warehouse/logistics management

Microsoft Office expert

Working knowledge of warehouse management systems (W.I.N. and DLX preferred)
