Project Overview:

The Delivery Site Coordinator is responsible for accurate and timely coordination and communication to support all Owner Furnished Equipment (OFE) for specific sites and/or metro areas. The Site Coordinator will report to the Delivery Program Manager (DPgM) for functional activities and the local Data Center Services (DCS) manager for site specific action items. Site Coordinators must be able to travel to site or vendor locations when requested and approved.

Overall Responsibilities:

• OFE scope alignment with all stakeholders including latest redacted PO documentation, logistics and delivery details, responsibility transfer between vendor and site, and identification of potential scope gaps
• Schedule reviews related to OFE
• Purchase Order (PO) change management tracking and reporting
• Progress reporting including delivery milestones and quality compliance updates
• Notification of potential delays or quality issues from the OFE vendor followed by mitigation collaboration with site and corrective action plans with OFE vendor

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

• Weekly status and risk updates
• Drive risk identification and escalation activities with site general contractor (GC) including transfer of ownership, equipment protection plans, and loose ship material management.
• Coordinate offsite integration activities with GC and contractors (ie. Cx tags, etc)
• Track internal project-related bugs to support timely resolution
• Escalate risks as prescribed by the DPgM lead

Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:

• Maintain stakeholder map and contact details
• LLE Tracker / OFE Kickoff Meetings - alignment with site
• OFE detailed delivery plan alignment
• Logistics plan and rigging matrix input - alignment with GC
• Commissioning requirements verification checklist
• Gap analysis and risk review - GC and OFE scope
• Weekly status reports including progress, logistics, quality updates, change orders / alerts, and action items
• Monthly status summary reports including weekly roll-up, functional alignment, bug status, and risk review
• Trip reports if visiting site or vendor locations
• Ship loose material tracking report (as applicable)
• Timely and accurate communications via systems and tools

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $90.00 per hour
