Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Personal Trainer to join our team. If you have a passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health goals, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments to evaluate clients' current fitness levels
- Develop personalized workout plans based on clients' goals and abilities
- Instruct and demonstrate proper exercise techniques
- Motivate and support clients to reach their fitness goals
- Provide ongoing feedback and adjust workout plans as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workout environment
Skills:
- Experience in personal training or related field
- Knowledge of body mechanics, physiology, and physical education
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Previous experience in health clubs, gyms, or sports coaching is a plus
- Familiarity with group fitness classes and fitness sales
