Responsibilities of the Student Success Coach:

• Build Relationships and Connections with Valley College Students
• Listen and be a difference maker for students that are facing challenges
• Thrive in a team environment
• Stay positive and look for ways to help students each and every start (starts every 3 weeks)
• Know specific goals for the position and work to creatively achieve those goals.
• Celebrate in vicotories and pull away growth opportunities when goals aren't achieve.
• Communicate effectively through phone, email, and text

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $38,000.00 per year
