Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/ Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at a skilled nursing and rehab facility for senior citizens in Rockville, MD as an LPN/ RN, you will be responsible for providing quality nursing care to our residents Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.

Qualifications:

• Monitor resident's vital signs and document observations
• Assist in the development and implementation of care plans
• Communicate with RNs and physicians regarding changes in resident's conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive care to residents
• Provide emotional support to residents and their families
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures
