Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead engaging activities for children in a safe and nurturing environment
- Provide supervision and ensure the well-being of children at all times
- Implement behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior
- Foster the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children through age-appropriate activities
- Create and maintain a schedule of activities that align with the interests and needs of the children
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a supportive and inclusive environment
- Maintain open communication with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns

Experience:
- Previous experience working with children in a babysitting, daycare, or educational setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Experience in behavior management techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with early childhood education methods and curriculum
- Additional experience in areas such as theater, sports coaching, tutoring, or church leader is a plus
