We are seeking a dynamic Spanish/English speaking intake assistant. We need a patient, friendly, detail oriented front desk person to be the face and voice of our firm. You must be a good communicator in person, over the phone, and in your writing. We want someone that will treat our clients with care and concern as if they were speaking to a loved family member.
Position requirements include:

• Must be a people person that is patient, likes to talk, and loves to help people!
• Must be Bilingual-Spanish and English.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to consistently be at the office 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
• Must be available to intake new clients on nights and weekends as needed.
• Must be able to perform all general duties on a daily basis.

General Duties would include, but not be limited to:

• Answering phone calls, determining the persons issue and getting them through the intake/hiring process.
• Selling the firm to new clients.
• Looking up case information online and via phone to accurately quote potential clients.
• Calendaring dates online.
• Input client details into database and excel
• Keeping office/work area clean.
• Scan closed files
• Shred old files

During your first 90 days of employment, you will be in a probationary period. Once you successfully complete the 90 days you will be eligible to receive full benefits.
This position is eligible for bonuses.
