Watterson is looking for a Project Coordinator that can work remotely on a 3PM-11PM shift out of our Schaumburg, Illinois Office. This position presents an opportunity to take a key role in our service to our clients across the country. You will be given the opportunity, and challenge, to help solve our clients' Emergency Response issues (floods, fires, catastrophic events, etc.). The core technical areas that this position would service include the following: client communications, pricing review, approval, and submission, daily project tracking, daily updates, and project closeout. Primary Responsibilities
Assist with projects from initiation to closure
Identify and manage project risks and issues Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders and project manager
Prepare clear and detailed written reports about field inspections.
Meeting with the project management team to define goals and objectives.
Understanding of various trades with the ability to vet costs and work scope.
Providing site support.
Coordinating routine maintenance, repairs, inspections, and installation of remote tracking equipment.
Generating assessment documentation.
Reporting to management, vendor partners and clients.

Education and Qualifications:
A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar project coordinating role.
Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, property management, or a similarly relevant field, preferred.
Proficiency in computer programs such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
