Overview:
Wedgwood Gardens Care Center is seeking a dedicated 3pm-11pm Nursing Supervisor to join our healthcare team. The Nursing Supervisor will oversee the nursing staff, ensuring quality patient care and adherence to healthcare regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff activities
- Provide guidance and support to nursing personnel
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards
- Evaluate patient needs and assign appropriate care
- Monitor patient care plans and provide hands-on patient care as needed
Experience:
- Prior Supervisory a plus
- Proficient in supervising nursing staff
-Proficient in Point Click Care
- Excellent patient care skills
