Responsibilities:

• Assist with intakes and clinical assessments for consumers as needed
• Supervise YPC, 1st Step and FLC staff
• Complete staff evaluations
• Coordinate and participate in Treatment Team meetings
• Assist in programs as needed
• Provide crisis intervention as needed
• Assist in the development of staff orientation and staff workshops; coordinate agency trainings
• Assist with program development of partial care programming
• Conduct regular chart reviews
• Participate in agency committees
• Assist with partial care comprehensive assessments as needed
• Perform monthly medication area check
• Dispense medication and maintain medication log book
• Market program/community outreach
• Assist with transportation
• Assist with billing
• Ensure that program meets all licensing and funding source requirements
• Assist Program Director with managerial duties such as collecting outcome data, collecting
• Consumer feedback surveys, as well as providing data for LOS Audits, billing audits, and Medicaid reviews

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in social work, psychology or related field;
• Three years experience in the provision of children's mental health services, at least 1 year supervisory experience preferred;
• Knowledge of community mental health and non mental health resources.
• Valid Driver's License.
