Job Summary:This position is primarily responsible for supervising residents whileon shift.Additional duties includemonitoring to ensure that residents take medication properly.Supervises residents while completing choresand cooking. Protects the dignity, privacy and confidentiality of residents andtheir families and possesses the ability to work independently and collaborate,when appropriate, with other Safe Haven employees.

Job Requirements: Highschool diploma or equivalent. Experience working with people with mental,substance abuse or social disabilities. Knowledge of housekeeping,cooking, and home management. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellentoral and written communication skills. Ability to work independently,supervise residents and handle crisis.
