We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for our 178 Unit Senior Community located in San Bernardino, CA. The Maintenance Technician will report to the Community Manager. This is a non-exempt position with a Monday through Friday work schedule; some flexibility will be required to accommodate on call needs. We offer a competitive salary, depending on experience starting at $21 to $23 per hour. The Maintenance Technician is required to reside at the Community to meet USA Multifamily Management Inc.'s legal obligation to provide on-site maintenance personnel. A 2 Bedroom on-site apartment will be provided at no charge.
