The role of an Appointment Business Center Patient Representative for Neurosurgery Service Line involves managing patient appointments, inquiries, and administrative tasks within a healthcare setting. Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

* High School Diploma/GED with four (4) years of experience in business office administration, customer service, registration, billing, insurance, scheduling, or call center.

OR

* Associate degree with two (2) years of experience in business office administration, customer service, registration, billing, insurance, scheduling, or call center.

OR

* Bachelor's Degree.

* Knowledge of medical terminology required.

* Intermediate proficiency with computers (MS Office Suite preferred).

* Highly proficient keyboard and telephone etiquette skills.

* General knowledge of office machines including printers and scanners.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working with EPIC system.

* Call center experience.

* Experience in registration, billing, or scheduling in a healthcare environment.
