**Job Overview:** We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Scribe to join our healthcare team. The Medical Scribe will work closely with healthcare providers to accurately document patient encounters in real-time. **Responsibilities:** - Transcribe medical information accurately and efficiently during patient visits - Maintain detailed and organized medical records - Assist healthcare providers with documentation in electronic medical records (EMR) systems - Collaborate with physicians to ensure accurate and complete medical documentation - Utilize knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology to support documentation processes - Type medical reports, summaries, and correspondence **Experience:** - Familiarity with medical terminology and anatomy - Ability to transcribe information quickly and accurately - Experience in medical documentation or related field is a plus - Knowledge of EMR systems and medical office procedures - Understanding of ER workflows and medical record management systems Joining our team as a Medical Scribe offers the opportunity to work closely with healthcare professionals, enhance your knowledge of medical practices, and contribute to quality patient care.
