Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with a focus on providing an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding products
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Process transactions accurately through cash, credit, or other payment methods
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Monitor and replenish stock on the sales floor
- Assist in setting up promotional displays
- Meet and exceed sales targets

Requirements:

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Previous sales experience is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Proficiency in technical sales tools is advantageous
- Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy
- Basic math skills for inventory management
