Key Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in project management for marketing/events either in-house or at a top tier experiential or marketing agency
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as an influential presenter
Extensive knowledge in project management is essential; from strategy, program development, messaging, logistics, vendor management, budget, on-site execution to post-event analysis.
Blend of a creative and analytical thinker, capable of handling complicated logistics and technical elements, as well as creative aspects
Hyper-organized with an obsession for details, excellent time and process management skills, and the ability to be proactive in identifying potential problems and appropriate solutions
Comfortable navigating through ambiguity, while still tracking objectives and advancing deliverables
Approachable and resourceful, with the ability to develop trusting relationships and influence outcomes in Client’s best interest.
Excellent communication skills
Track record of being agile, reacting quickly to new information and seamlessly adapting project plans accordingly
Understands how events and experiences fit into the wider integrated marketing mix and keeps a pulse on the industry as a whole
