Position Overview

As the Land Development Manager, your role is crucial in overseeing the entire land development program. You will be responsible for ensuring that the site development process is managed efficiently and that the end result is a community with fully developed lots. Your expertise will shape the future of these communities and contribute to their successful completion.

What You Will Do

  • Project Design/Bid/Award
  • Project management and QA/QC
  • Lot Delivery
  • Support Handover Process
  • Customer Experience and Communication

What You Will Bring

  • Six (6) to Seven (7) years’ experience in land development or construction/engineering
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and vehicle capable of carrying supplies and willing to drive among designated communities in daytime and nighttime. Ability to travel as needed in general.
  • Ability to Care by taking ownership over work produced and going the extra mile.
  • Ability to Serve our customers and look at setbacks as opportunities to create a positive impression.
  • Ability to Improve by accepting challenges and always looking to move forward.
