Our awesome team is looking to add an additonal Licensed or Experienced Veterinary Technician - minimum 2 years vet tech experience required.

Applicants must possess strong customer service skills; ability to multi-task; ability to communicate effectively face-to-face with clients, doctors, and staff; ability to keep a level head in a fast paced and hectic environment; must be detail oriented and organized; and a positive, team player attitude is a must!

General duties include (but are not limited to):

• Surgical assistance
• Pharmacy duties including filling prescriptions
• Drawing blood and running laboratory tests
• IV catheter placement
• Radiology
• Monitoring patients and administering daily medications for hospitalized patients
• Maintaining anesthetized patients
• Handling and maintaining accurate medical records
• Cleaning and sterilizing/sanitizing all equipment
• Maintaining clean and well stocked ambulatory vehicles
• Assisting with large and small animal procedures, in clinic and out in the field
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, squat, etc. for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift approximately 50 pounds with assistance
• Large animal experience is not a requirement

• Current TCVS Business Hours - M-W 8:00-3:00 p.m. Th 8-5, F 8-2 (5:00 p.m. close time on additional days in the near future).
• 1 Saturday, 8:00-2:00, per month REQUIRED
