Job Summary:
Spartan Plumbing LLC is seeking a skilled Field Technician to join our team. Field Technicians will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various plumbing systems and equipment in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems including water filtration systems, backflow prevention devices, garbage disposals, sewer lines, toilets, sinks, vents, faucets, water heaters (tank and tankless), re-pipes, well equipment, rough plumbing, trim outs, and more.

- Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues for both residential and commercial projects.
- Communicate effectively and courteously with fellow employees, customers, and vendors.
- Place orders for parts, tools, and materials required to perform work.
- Follow company mandated procedures within Housecall Pro (Our CRM software)
- Provide excellent customer service while working on-site.

- Effectively document work performed through photos, notes, and accurate descriptions on estimates/invoices.

- Earn Google reviews from customers and build rapport for future business.

- Collect payments on-site from customers upon job completion.

- Ability to facilitate rotating on-call shifts in the event of after-hours, holiday, or weekend plumbing emergencies.

- Maintain professional image by following: dress code, vehicle cleanliness, personal hygiene, safety procedures, company standards of performance and code of ethics, etc.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Plumbing Technician or similar role.
- GED or High School Diploma.
- Computer proficiency using an iPhone and iPad.
- Willingness to pursue or currently pursuing a plumbing license.

- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
