They specialize in non-clinical companion and daily care for the Senior community. They are looking for an experienced Executive Director to lead operations and growth. This position is based in the San Antonio, TX area . Private Duty / Personal Care experience required. Must understand Medicaid rules and regulations. Multi-site experience preferred. Private Duty / Personal / Companion Home Care experience required.
Strong understanding of Texas Medicaid programs and regulations.
Strong Customer Service, Business development and Financial acumen.
Staffing or recruiting strategy experience with hourly employees.
Multi-site experience preferred. Some travel required.
Executive Director Job Responsibilities
Oversite of private duty / personal care operations of multiple area offices.
Ensure compliance and high customer & care-giver satisfaction.
Develop and manage Budgets, P&L, Bill Rates, and Expenses.
Help grow client base and revenue.
