Sight & Sound Productions is Hiring a Sales Coordinator Near Jacksonville, FL

- Making initial contact with a potential client or companies to arrange follow-up meetings for the sales team
- Support the sales team with information on client history and client outlook
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities
- Maintaining the company CRM, which includes inbound sales leads and client updates from the sales team
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and project management, to ensure client lead information is accurate
- Experience in a sales support role and cold calling to work sale leads to determine point of contact.
- Proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM software (HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Skilled in reaching out to prospective clients unfamiliar with our business
- Attentive to detail and accuracy
- Capable of task prioritization and meeting deadlines
- Able to work autonomously or collaboratively within a team
