The Ink Spot is looking for a wedding, events, and promotional products Graphic Designer to join our team!

We are a printing company with a creative focus, and a growing wedding and event department. We have a range of in-house specialty printing processes such as foil stamping, die cutting, embossing, and more so the possibilities are endless!

What your day will look like:

- Conceptualize and create a range of designs for full wedding suites, logos, events, promotional products and more.
- Design and make edits including but not limited to wedding suites, logos, signs, stickers, etc.
- Provide Customer Service and interact with customers to determine design needs and budgets
-Monitor and follow guidelines for creative quality control procedures
-Proactively provide creative solution suggestions
- Manage tight deadlines
- Establish and maintain up-to-date Art Files across the multiple collections of projects
- Partner with graphic designers on trends, graphic inspiration, and execution of projects
- Create and maintain sample binders and other customer facing marketing samples

Qualified candidates must have the following.
- Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) - Experience with designing custom stationery for weddings and events
- The ability to manage multiple projects; excellent time management
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation
- Strong time management and ability to balance and organize a range of products with multiple components
- Generate compelling designs with limited direction - The ability to guide customers through design needs and direction while focusing on managing timelines -willingness and flexibility to learn new processes, procedures and skill sets

- Experience in a printing environment preferred

- Experience with designing for specialty printing processes such as, foil stamping, die cutting, and embossing preferred

Hours are flexible Monday - Friday during the hours of 8am-6pm.
