- Assist in menu planning and development of new sushi dishes
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting with guests and addressing their inquiries or concerns

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine, particularly sushi preparation techniques
- Proficient knife skills for precise cutting and slicing of ingredients
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with food handling and safety regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and presentation skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
