The technician is responsible for completing proficient service in their respective divisions in a timely manner while fully utilizing the features of ServiceTitan and demonstrating five-star customer service.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Perform start-up duties (installing and programming field controllers, installing basic wiring and controls, sensors, thermostats, controllers, valves, actuators, and other HVAC control related equipment) Install, clean, adjust, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment Perform routine and preventative maintenance activities, as well as warranty services Travel to different businesses throughout the day Conduct performance tests with specialized tools and adjust system settings Identify maintenance risks on equipment Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems Discuss various options with clients when it comes to heating and cooling systems Process and complete work orders Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently Comply with service standards, work instructions, and customers' requirements Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act Enter notes on all invoices in the Service Project Management Application Other duties and projects as assigned WHY WORK FOR STAXMATIC?
