Job Position
- Sugaring NYC Alamo Ranch is seeking a skilled, licensed esthetician with brow lamination, brow lift, and threading experience.
- Sugaring training will be provided.
- Current shifts available are Thursday evenings, Friday morning and evening Saturday and Sunday mornings.
- SUGARING experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
- Ideal candidates should possess experience in the spa services we offer.
- Demonstrate a personable demeanor with both team members and clients.
- Display a willingness to collaborate within a team, adhere to a rotating schedule, and prioritize punctuality to respect clients’ and the spa’s time.
- Required expertise in sugaring.
- Base pay will be determined based on the candidate’s level of experience in sugaring.
- Must hold a valid Texas Esthetician or Cosmetologist license.
- Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in Sugaring.
- Bring forth a positive, enthusiastic, and personable attitude, coupled with a genuine passion for skincare.
- Comfortably perform body hair removal through Sugaring for all genders.
- Demonstrate a deep and thorough understanding of skin, skincare, and related products.
- Consistently provide outstanding customer service.
- Adaptable to new techniques and ideas in the field.
- Exhibit a strong work ethic and a team-player mentality.
- Showcase excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrate exceptional time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual in all professional commitments.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.

- Meet the schedule needs of the Spa.
- Check Clients In/Out using our POS system.

- Mature and maintain appropriate conversations before, during, and after services.
- Restock spa rooms and maintain inventory.
- Follow the policy standards for changing shifts including cancellations.
- Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must be physically capable of working on their feet for 8 hours a day.
- Must have full mobility of hands and arms.
- Must be able to lean down, bend over, stoop, squat, and multitask.

- An Esthetician who has a rebooking % greater than 40%, booked schedule greater than 40%, whom applies themselves with selling products and memberships will have an average hourly rate greater than $30/hr. Pay is reflective on estheticians productivity and attendance.
